Services

Pick the right service before the deadline gets tight.

Castable wax patterns, try-on prototypes, and overflow printing — for jewelry workflows that need speed without losing control.

Best for

Rush jobs, repeat production, and quiet overflow support.

For when the file is ready, the deadline is real, and the shop needs outside capacity — without turning it into a project.

What you can order

Each service handles a different risk.

Casting-critical patterns, client-approval prototypes, and time-sensitive overflow — each needs different handling.

Castable patterns

For jobs heading to casting where dimensional accuracy matters.

High-detail wax or resin patterns for rings, pendants, bridal, and charms — where dimensional accuracy matters.

File requirements

Send the cleanest file you have.

STL is the fastest path to a quote. 3DM, STEP, OBJ, and related formats also work. If a file needs cleanup, better to catch it before approval than after the job is in production.

Pricing

What jobs typically cost.

  • Castable patterns: $20–$50 per pattern, depending on size, complexity, and resin.
  • Try-on prototypes: $15–$35 per piece.
  • Overflow / repeat runs: priced per batch. Repeat clients receive standing quote terms.
  • Rush premium: +50% on top of standard pricing for 24–48 hour turnaround.

Every job is quoted individually after file review — these ranges exist so you can plan. Final pricing depends on print time, resin, support strategy, and finishing. Upload a file for an exact quote within one business day.

Choosing a service

Pick the service that fits the job.

It's not about picking the premium option — it's about whether the job needs castability, approval speed, or extra capacity.

  1. 01

    Use patterns

When the print goes straight to casting and dimensional accuracy can't slip.

Best for rings, pendants, bridal, and repeat runs.

  2. 02

    Use prototypes

When client approval, fit checks, or concept review matters more than castability.

Best for fast approvals before committing to metal.

  3. 03

    Use overflow support

When your queue is full, your machine is tied up, or a rush job would disrupt everything else.

Best for short runs, repeat orders, and deadline weeks.
