Privacy policy

Vectrix collects the information submitted through the quote and contact forms, including name, email address, company details, project notes, uploaded files, and secure file-share links.

That information is used only to review the job, prepare a quote, communicate about production, and keep a record of the approved work.

Uploaded files are handled through UploadThing. Form-submission notifications are delivered through Resend. Those services process data only to support intake and communication for the requested job.

Files and form records are retained according to this policy: Files are deleted within 30 days of job completion unless a trade account requests otherwise.

Vectrix does not sell customer information, does not share customer designs for marketing, and does not reuse uploaded files outside the quoted job without permission.
